Our regularly changing, genuine American menu ensures that customers

In the kitchen, we focus on using homemade ingredients for our dishes.
For example, the burger patties and many other side dishes are all made in-house here in Colorado.
We grill steaks, chicken, and fish in a genuine charcoal oven, which imparts a unique flavor to our dishes.
In addition to the restaurant, there is a separate bar at Colorado where you can spend your evening
in a cozy atmosphere or stop by for a drink while passing by.
During the ski season, the bar hosts live evenings almost every week, always with free admission! Sports on the big screen!
In the bar, you’ll also find a pool table, pinball machine, and many other games.
As a new addition, there’s a spacious sun terrace!
Starting from November, we also serve breakfast at Colorado from 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM.
From our delicious breakfast buffet, you can find a variety of options, including fresh fruits,
warm dishes, and coffee, tea, and cocoa. We also offer gluten-free choices every morning.

Kitchen closes an hour before the restaurant’s closing time.
